You may log in through "My Account" to view your order status. For orders that have been already shipped you will receive an e-mail with a confirmation of shippment and a tracking number.

If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us.

  • Return Information

You may return anything you have ordered from us within 30 days from the day of purchase excluding shipping, handling and any other costs for a credit or exchange.  Simply indicate the reason for the return and contact us for a RFI Number (Request for Inspection), include the original receipt and packing slip and wrap your package securely. Returns without the RFI number will be refused. No exceptions!

We will notify you by e-mail about your refund once we have received and processed it. Please make sure your returned item is in its original condition as the Returns Department reserves the right to decline refunds due to the condition of the returned item. Shipping charges will not be refunded unless it is a result of our error. In cases of exchanges or partial returns, shipping charges will not be refunded.

  • Order Cancellation

If you'd like to cancel or change an order for any reason, please contact us or send an e-mail to: customerservice@amberplus.com and make sure to include your order number. We'll do everything we can to accommodate your request. Our order-fulfillment system is designed to get orders shipped and on their way to our customers quickly and efficiently. As a result, we cannot change or cancel an order once it has already entered the shipping process. If your order cannot be cancelled, and you are unhappy with it, simply return it to Amberplus.com according to our 30 day money back guarantee.

             LIMITED 90-DAY WARRANTY

All handcrafted jewelry purchased from Amberplus.com is warranted for ninety (90) days from the date of purchase. All our handcrafted jewelry is genuine and of high quality and value.

Our warranty covers each piece for defects in handcraftship only (based on Amberplus.com's inspection and sole determination) and expressly excludes coverage for excessive wear and tear and/or physical/accidental abuse, theft or loss. Our warranty is valid only at Amberplus.com. Improper repair or warranty service performed by someone other than Amberplus.com will void this warranty. Amberplus.com disclaims any liability for consequential or incidental damages fro breach of written or implied warranty of this piece, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
