It is renowed for the diversity of inclusions it contains. Amber lovers, scientists and collectors alike value Domincan Amber for the three rare "treasures" wich are scorpions, lizards and frogs. Probably only thirty to forty scorpions, ten to twenty lizards and eight or nine frogs have been found worldwide.
