- Which are the payment methods accepted?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. Currently, we can only accept credit cards with US billing address, so please be sure that credit card number and address matches. Incomplete or innacurate information may cause delay of your order.
- Which are the shipping options available?
At this time, we ship via USPS and Fedex.
- How much does shipping cost?
Amberplus.com is proud to offer FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on all orders over $75.00 within the Continental US. Your order will be shipped the next business day after you place your order. The available options and estimated delivery times are shown below:

- Do you offer International shipping?

- Do I have to pay taxes on my order?
We are required by State Law to charge 7.75% tax on orders placed by customers that reside in Nevada.
- Do you offer gift certificates?
Currently our site is not ready to take gift certificate orders. Please check back soon as we are working to make them available.
- Do you offer gift wrapping?
Sure! Best of all it is offered ABSOLUTELY FREE to all our customers.
- What can I do if my order gets damaged or lost during shipping?
If there are any problems with your order, please contact us immediately.
- If I am buying a gift for another person, will they know how much I paid?
Absolutely not! The person that you are sending the gift to will only receive a packaging slip with the items purchased and without the prices. Only the billing address will receive the actual invoice.
- How do I contact you, if I have a question?

- How do I return products?
You may return anything you have ordered from us within 30 days from the day of purchase excluding shipping, handling and any other costs. Simply indicate the reason for the return and contact us for a RFI (Request for Inspection), include the original receipt and packing slip and wrap your package securely. Please note that any return is your responsability until we receive it, so please send your return "insured" to:

We will notify you by e-mail about your refund once we have received and processed it. Please note that shipping charges will not be refunded unless it is a result of our error.
- Can I exchange a product?
We apologize but we cannot accept exchanges. If you want to change your selection, you will have to return it and be received by Amberplus within the 30 days return period and create a new order which you can do simultaneously.
