International Shipping Information

International customers are responsible for any customs taxes or duties, if they occur. Your customs Agency will contact you regarding any duties for clearance. Our products are totally duty free, but in the unlikely event they change the laws of your country, we need to advise you.

• Payment Options

Currently, we accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. We cannot accept any cash or CODs.

• Sales Tax

State Laws requires sales tax to be added to all Nevada shipped addresses. Sales tax will not be charged to other states orders.

• Order Status

You may log in through "My Account" to view your order status. For orders that have been already shipped you will receive an e-mail with a confirmation of shippment and a tracking number.

If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us.

• Return Information

You may return anything you have ordered from us within 30 days from the day of purchase excluding shipping, handling and any other costs for a credit or exchange.  Simply indicate the reason for the return and contact us for a RFI Number (Request for Inspection), include the original receipt and packing slip and wrap your package securely. Returns without the RFI number will be refused and must be received on or before the 30 day period. No exceptions!

Please note that any return is your responsibility until we receive it, so please send your return "insured" to:

Please allow 2-3 weeks for your return to be processed. We will notify you by e-mail about your refund once we have received and processed it. Please make sure your returned item is in its original condition as the Returns Department reserves the right to decline refunds due to the condition of the returned item. Shipping charges are non-refunddable. In cases of full or partial returns of "Free Shipped" orders, shipping costs will be charged.

Order Cancellation

If you'd like to cancel or change an order for any reason, please contact us or send an e-mail to: customerservice@amberplus.com and make sure to include your order number. We'll do everything we can to accommodate your request. Our order-fulfillment system is designed to get orders shipped and on their way to our customers quickly and efficiently. As a result, we cannot change or cancel an order once it has already entered the shipping process. If your order cannot be cancelled, and you are unhappy with it, simply return it to Amberplus.com according to our 30 day money back guarantee.
